Alright, first off: BEAUTIFUL concept and execution, I absolutely adore your usage of texture and her hair is lovely. The colors you chose go very well together and I commend your use of a muted cream instead of plain white for the mask color. Very powerful piece, it does seem to speak, but I'm still a little lost as to what it's saying.
Alright, now for critique: Technique you got a 3.5/5 because of some anatomy issues. Not major ones albeit, and only minor things for you to focus on in future drawings. First off: your shoulders seem a bit too wide. A good general rule for shoulder width is about 2.5 head widths wide (I think). Not only that but on the left the shoulder extends to the edge of the image but on the right stops somewhere before the hair. I'm sure this was intentional, but proportionally it looks a bit awkward. Other than that there are a few tiny anatomical issues and things I wish you'd put more detail into, however they're more personal prefference than anything worth criticism. I would like to point out though that the pink of the lips seems a bit out of place with the muted tones of the rest of the piece.
